Jumping onto the Late Night Digital Design Team at NBCUniversal was one of the most exciting opportunities I've been able to have. I worked closely with the social media and marketing teams to create digital assets to use for Instagram, Twitter and other online posts to advertise upcoming shows and segments. I worked to help curate content for Late Night with Seth Meyers, A Little Late with Lilly Singh, Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show.
Another large task I was able to take on was helping to create a new digital graphic look and feel for Late Night with Seth Meyers. I took inspiration from past and present digital media for the show and presented ideas for ways to refresh the branding.
The inspiration for the mood board I created for updating some of the graphics was pulled from a desire to add some spark and electricity to balance out the more sports-news styled lead-ins that characterized a lot of the LNSM material. I found a bright, electric blue that did not trample on the existing branding but helped highlight the other aspects of the dark navy and medallion yellow.
